Helping the child's natural development is the primary goal of individual activities. Montessori materials used in these activities are divided into five units - mathematical, sensory, practical, cosmic, and language materials.
These five educational areas are not isolated from each other. In the use of materials, all senses, experiences, and new knowledge are used. The basis of everything is an independent finding of solutions through trial and error control.
Our care of the child should be governed, not by the desire to make him learn things, but by the endeavor always to keep burning within him that light which is called intelligence.
